Create awareness among new voters

Aurangabad, Nov 27:

The Supreme Court has ordered to create awareness among the new voters in the Marathwada graduate constituency on how to cast their votes. Assistant returning officer Shivaji Shinde has written to all the district collectors to implement the order. Shinde has instructed to raise awareness on the handling of the ballot paper and how to vote. Suhas Wankhede had lodged a complaint with the Election Commission. The commission referred the matter to the divisional administration. After that, the administration has immediately issued instructions to all the district collectors.
