The #War campaign, comprising of 1 contest detailed subsequently, (hereinafter referred to as “Contest(s)”) is organized by Lokmat. The below mentioned terms and conditions govern the conduct of the Contest(s).

1. Contestants eligible to participate in the Contest(s) in accordance with the eligibility criteria specified in Clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions and participating in the Contest are hereinafter referred to as the “Participant(s)”.
2. To be eligible to take part in the Contest(s), the Participant(s) need to conform to the following eligibility criteria:
   • Participant(s) must be an Individual of Indian nationality and residing in India.
   • Above 18 years of age.
   • Must have a valid Instagram ID.
3. This Contest shall be valid for a duration of 12 hours (11 am to 11pm). No late entries shall be considered for the purpose of the Contest.
4. Information posted by the Administrator as available on the Official Page is the only authentic and valid information about the Contest(s). Lokmat shall not be responsible for any incorrect/misleading information relating to the Contest(s), presented/ displayed on any source other than the Official Page and will not be liable for any loss suffered by any Participant(s) based on the representation, terms, conditions, information presented / displayed on any source other than the Official Page.
5. To participate in the Contest(s) using Instagram the Participant(s) has to follow the below mentioned steps:
   • Log into the valid Instagram account.
   • Become a fan / follower of the Lokmat pages
   • The Participant(s) has to send in their entries using #War
6. The #War campaign comprises of the following Contests:
   • Quizzical Contest
     • Contest Date: 2nd October 2021
     • Platform to be hosted on: Lokmat’s twitter/facebook page
     • All your answers should include the #War
7. The selection of winner(s) will be based on the most quality response submitted by the Participant(s) which shall be determined as per the sole discretion of the jury. The names of the winners will be announced at the end of the Contest(s).
8. Every winner announced by the jury shall be entitled to merchandise (hereinafter referred to as “Prize(s)”), as per the discretion of Lokmat. Every winner will get a confirmation email and the gratification can either be emailed or be couriered physically as per the data in the database.
9. The decision of the jury on the selection of winner(s) will be final and binding on all the Participant(s). No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by Lokmat.
