​राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कारावरून अक्षय कुमारची उडवली जातेय अशी खिल्ली!

अगदी तासाभरापूर्वी ६४ व्या  राष्ट्रीय चित्रपट पुरस्कारांची घोषणा झाली आणि या घोषणेनंतर टिष्ट्वटरवर एकच घमासान माजले. होय, यामागचे कारण म्हणजे, ‘रूस्तम’साठी अभिनेता अक्षय कुमारला मिळालेला सर्वोत्कृष्ट अभिनेत्याचा राष्ट्रीय चित्रपट पुरस्कार. अक्षय कुमारला सर्वोत्कृष्ट अभिनेत्याचा राष्ट्रीय चित्रपट पुरस्कार आणि तेही ‘रूस्तम’साठी मुळात हीच गोष्ट अनेकांच्या पचनी पडलेली नाही. मग काय, अक्षयला हा पुरस्कार मिळाल्याचे जाहिर होताच अनेकांनी Twitteवर आपआपले मत मांडले. अर्थात अक्षयच्या काही चाहत्यांनी या पुरस्काराचे जोरदार समर्थन केले. पण बहुतांश लोकांनी अक्षयची खिल्लीच उडवली. काहींनी या पुरस्कारासाठी अक्षयशिवाय अनेक जण दावेदार होते, असे सांगून जणू अक्षयच्या आनंदावरच पाणी फेरले.  आमिर खानला दंगलसाठी का नाही, नानाला ‘नटसम्राट’साठी का नाही, मनोज वाजपेयीला ‘अलिगढ’साठी का नाही? अक्षयला ‘रूस्तम’साठीच का? खरोखरीच निराशाजनक, असे एका नेटिजनने लिहिले. नेक्स्ट अजय देवगण वा अनुपम खेरला अवार्ड कन्फर्म, असे दुसºयाने लिहिलेय. एकाने तर डियर अक्षय, तुला चुकीच्या चित्रपटासाठी राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार मिळाला, असेच जाहिर करून टाकले.  आता हे काही गमतीशीर टिष्ट्वट तुम्ही वाचायलाच हवेत. अर्थात अक्षयचे चाहते असाल तर या टिष्ट्वटकडे तेवढेच दुर्लक्षही करायला हवे.‘रूस्तम’मध्ये अक्षयने एका नेव्ही आॅफिसरची भूमिका साकारली होती. हा चित्रपट साठच्या दशकात घडलेल्या एका सत्य घटनेवर आधारित होता. १९५९ साली के . एम. नानावती नावाच्या  एका नेव्ही आॅफिसरने आपल्या बायकोचा प्रियकराची गोळ्या घालून हत्या केली होती. त्याकाळी हॉट न्यूज ठरलेल्या या केसमुळे देशातून ‘ज्युरी सिस्टम’ बाद करण्यात आली होती.
