जेट एअरवेजच्या विमानातील कर्मचाऱ्याच्या एका चुकीमुळे जवळपास 100 हून अधिक प्रवाशांच्या जीव धोक्यात आला होता.

Next मुंबई - जेट एअरवेजच्या विमानातील कर्मचाऱ्याच्या एका चुकीमुळे जवळपास 100 हून अधिक प्रवाशांच्या जीव धोक्यात आला होता. जेट एअरवेजच्या मुंबई-जयपूर विमानानं उड्डाण भरल्यानंतर काही वेळातच पुन्हा ते मुंबईत लँड करावे लागले आहे. कारण, उड्डाणादरम्यान केबिनमधील हवेचा दाब नियंत्रित करणारा स्वीच सुरू करण्यास कर्मचारी विसरला. कर्मचाऱ्याच्या या अक्षम्य चुकीमुळे विमानात हवेचा दाब वाढला. यामुळे प्रवाशांना प्रचंड त्रास सहन करावा लागला. विमानामध्ये जवळपास 166 प्रवासी होते. यातील 30 जणांच्या कान-नाकातून रक्तस्त्राव होऊ लागला. तर काही जणांना डोकेदुखीचा त्रास होऊ लागला. या घटनेनंतर प्रवाशांमध्ये प्रचंड घबराट निर्माण झाली होती. यानंतर प्रवाशांना विमानतळावरील दवाखान्यात दाखल करण्यात आले आहे.
या घटनेची गांभीर्यानं दखल घेत डीजीसीएने चौकशीचे आदेश दिले आहेत. दरम्यान, संबंधित कर्मचाऱ्याचं निलंबनदेखील करण्यात आले आहे.

A Jet Airways Mumbai-Jaipur flight was turned back to Mumbai mid-air today as, during the climb, crew forgot to select switch to maintain cabin pressure. 30 out of 166 pax experienced nose&ear bleeding, some also complained of headache. They're are being treated at Mumbai airport

Jet Airways Mumbai-Jaipur flight today made an air turn back due to loss in cabin pressure. The aircraft, with 166 guests&5 crew landed normally in Mumbai. All guests were deplaned safely. First aid was administered to guests who complained of bleeding nose etc: Jet Airways spox
